What is today's theme?

Each day, my life seems to have a theme. Like a syrupy sitcom, the events of each day teach me lessons.

Today's theme was about life unexpectedly being much better. I was taking a walk in the late afternoon, and suddenly felt like the woman on the Paxil commercial who says "I feel like me" again. It's important to remember how incredibly good everything in life can be and will be and already is all around us. My mind has had this amazing ability to trust that the very worst can and is happening. That's just a dirty state of mind that can easily be reversed. When you see little things around you that are wrong, fix them, and in a few weeks' time you reap the reward of having fixed them. And if you can't fix them, re-examine if they really are wrong.
